What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Vitaly products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece experiences any structural issues, contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the damage.
